When a person connects a Meta account or Page, Meta may provide information to Runvit according to the permissions the user authorizes and the applicable Meta platform policies and APIs. Runvit does not imply that it has access to every type of Meta data or every possible permission available through Meta's systems. The actual data available depends on the specific platform permissions granted and the functionality used.
Runvit may include AI-powered features that process prompts, content briefs, marketing instructions, text, images, or related inputs submitted by users. AI features may be used to help generate ideas, draft captions, create content structures, summarize information, or assist with workflows.
Information sent to AI features may be processed by AI providers or related services as necessary to provide the requested functionality. Connected social account credentials, tokens, and related authorization data may be retained only as long as needed for the connected feature to function and while the user remains authorized. If a user disconnects an integration or removes an account, Runvit will stop using that connection and may remove or limit access to related stored data according to operational needs and applicable legal obligations.
If a user deletes an account or requests deletion, Wondapress will act in a commercially reasonable manner to remove data where feasible, subject to legal retention requirements, backup retention periods, and operational limitations. Some residual copies may remain in secure backups or logs for a limited period.
